1.3  The Component Parts of what you will see on the Monitor Screen
1.4  Cycles Timings and Values
1.5  Interpretation of a Basic set of ECG Rhythms, including but not
       limited to EMD/PEA , NSR, VF, VT, Sinus Tachycardia,
       Sinus Bradycardia, Asystole
1.6  What is Normal and what is Not?
1.7  What to do when you find an Abnormal Arrhythmia including
       Local Protocols
1.8  Lead Placement
1.9  Dignity and Consent to ECG

Any staff with the responsibility for recording, interpreting and acting upon an ECG.
