Patient Experience Team
Due to the current pressures we are facing while supporting the NHS through the management of the Pandemic in your area, we may not be able to answer all concerns and formal complaints as quickly as we would like to, however, we are working tirelessly to ensure all communication is addressed by telephone, email and post.
Our Patient Experience Team works Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00. You can contact our Patient Experience Team on 0808 164 4696. This telephone line is staffed during this time, however they may be busy on the phone so if you receive our voicemail, please leave a message with your contact details and summary of your experience.
