Prior to the course we will issue full instructions for delegates to the employer. It is the employer’s responsibility to ensure the delegate is fully briefed and made aware of these instructions and all course requirements before attending the course.

Due to the nature of some of our courses it is the employer’s responsibility to ensure that the delegates are emotionally and physically fit to cope with some of the more demanding aspects of the course.

Thames Training & Development Ltd reserves the right to refuse entry and/or participation/certification for courses where the delegate’s physical or mental well being may be affected.

The courses deal with key life saving skills and essential health & safety information, and it is a requirement that delegates attend the whole course to receive an assessment of their skills and knowledge before the issue of any certificate. In view of this, and in fairness to all delegates, late arrivals may not be admitted on to the course.

A room with a chair for each delegate (maximum 12 delegates) and one for the Trainer, arranged in a horseshoe with plenty of free space to enable demonstration and delegate practice. The area should be quiet and free from distractions, well lit, with adequate power points. Facilities should be available nearby to provide refreshment. Car parking should be provided near to the training area, to enable the Trainer, easy and safe access for the loading and unloading of materials for the course.

Fees are the same as for those courses at our venue. HOWEVER, there may be an additional charge for mileage at a standard 45p per mile and accommodation. Please call to discuss your requirements.
