TASL is always looking for new ways to offer the highest quality service in its duties as a non-emergency transport company supporting the NHS. As such, the company is proud to welcome Paul Willetts on board as a new member of the Executive Board, the Associate Director of Business Development.

Paul Willetts, Associate Director of Business Development

Paul comes to TASL with 28-years of experience with non-emergency patient transport services. He has a background as the National Head of Service Development for Arriva Transport, where he has also served as the Head of Patient Transport Services in the South and Director of Governance and Quality.

Taking responsibility for all TASL’s existing contracts and future development, Paul is ready to manage relationships between the company and its NHS partners. This new role will be critical to TASL’s ability to offer the best value-for-money to the NHS for non-emergency transport services across England – and of course, enabling the company to provide superior travel for the patients it works with every day.

“I am really excited at the prospect of being able to work with Paul again. His significant experience in our industry and understanding of the market place can only be a positive move for TASL,” says Derek Laird, TASL’s CEO. “I am confident that Paul’s enthusiasm for the business will provide a positive impact on those around him and ensure our business moves quickly forward.”

“TASL is a responsible PTS provider, committed to identifying and implementing genuine innovation to help improve the patient transport experience”, adds Paul, “I’m delighted to be joining an experienced and talented team at this exciting time.”
